Our speaker will be Florian Freiherr von Eyb, Attorney at Law, Phillips Nizer LLP, New York. Mr. von Eyb is licensed in New York and in Germany. At Phillips Nizer in New York, he has been advising German speaking clients doing business in the United States on U.S. law issues for almost 10 years, bridging the gap between the U.S. civil law system and the U.S. common law system.
