Zum Vortragsthema:
“I will discuss the composition of corporate boards in various countries, focusing on the gender diversity of such boards; the different approaches to achieving diversity adopted or being considered in various countries, including gender diversity quotas.  I will furthermore reflect how diversity contributes to the board room, considering some of the empirical evidence on the subject as well as contributions from a qualitative interview study in which I have been involved where we have asked U.S. public company board members whether and how diversity affects board processes and corporate performance".

Der Vortrag findet in englischer Sprache statt. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei.
